Datex-Ohmeda (a division of GE Medical) 
Aerogen and Datex-Ohmeda entered into a worldwide, non-exclusive supply agreement for Aerogen's next generation Aeroneb® Professional Nebulizer System. Under the agreement, Aerogen supply Datex-Ohmeda with a customized version of the Aeroneb Pro for integration into GE's Carestation ventilator. In 1999, Aerogen entered into an exclusive license agreement with S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., a worldwide consumer company with market presence in some 67 countries around the world, permitting it to use a modified version of Aerogen's Aerosol Generator in the fields of air fresheners and insect repellants.
