In 1999, Aerogen entered into an exclusive license agreement with S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., a worldwide consumer company with market presence in some 67 countries around the world, permitting it to use a modified version of Aerogen's Aerosol Generator in the fields of air fresheners and insect repellants.
